That’s probably the best review I could give for Rush Hour 3.
Empty.
I like the original Rush Hour, as silly as it is, Rush Hour 2 grows thin on me, and Rush 3 is just nothing.
It’s ridiculous, but in a boring way. I don’t remember the plot of RH1 or 2 that well, but I found the plot for 3 to be extremely predictable, and I think it follows the same mystery/solution pattern as one of the other movies. Very easy to guess the villain. Action feels weaker, Chris Tucker is just as crazy but less funny, Jackie Chan is still a nice guy. Plot details made no sense to me, and I didn’t feel like reviewing them over because, does it really matter?
4/10.
